THE NEED:
Christian leaders face growing pressures: exhaustion, isolation, and complex church dynamics. Many lack a safe and structured process to receive holistic care. Without intervention, churches and leaders risk burnout, stalled mission, and diminished vitality.
OUR WHY:
GO Ministries exists to empower local leaders to make disciples. In partnership with Blessing Ranch Ministries (BRM), we are creating a place of healing, equipping, sending, and sustaining for pastors and ministry leaders. The Ridge will serve as a hub for pastoral health and congregational vitality across the U.S. and beyond.
OUR AIM:
- To provide a continuous pathway of renewal called The Journey of Resilient Leadership:
- Healing what’s wounded (clinical intensives, counseling, safe space).
- Equipping what’s needed (leadership resilience, vocational clarity).
- Sending where called (mentoring, sending leaders back into mission).
- Sustaining what endures (ongoing support, BRM’s Unhindered curriculum)
- Host residential intensives and retreats for pastors and leaders, integrating clinical care, spiritual renewal, and leadership formation.
- Offer a replicable model that denominations and networks can adopt.
