Casa de Campo Resort and Villas
WORLD’S MOST CELEBRATED RESORT
At Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, the first and most exclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, we’re celebrating our 50th anniversary, paying tribute to the decades-long history that has shaped us into the award-winning destination that we are today. With three acclaimed golf courses designed by Pete Dye, including Teeth of the Dog®, the No. 1 course in the Caribbean, and continuously ranked in the Top 100 in the world, an expansive 370-slip Marina & Yacht Club, a renowned polo & equestrian Club, a sprawling 245-acre Shooting Club, and more, we continue to evolve in tandem with the swiftly advancing hospitality industry, catering to every indulgence of our discerning guests.

The Golf Courses
Pete Dye’s signature golf course, Teeth of the Dog® has a reputation that’s well deserved. Meticulously hand carved from the rugged rock and coral of the Dominican coastline, the hard-fought and challenging creation of Teeth of the Dog® is an apt description for what playing a round can be like. The course is brimming with stunning natural landscapes, historical undertones, and the chance to play your best game yet. Ranked first in the Caribbean, this golf course in paradise should be on every golfer’s bucket list. Don’t settle for less when you have the opportunity to play on the best.
Make no mistake, if you dare challenge the Dog it will bite back. But your efforts will be rewarded with 18 jaw-droppingly-beautiful holes—including seven right along the ocean—and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve played one of the best golf courses in the world. How many of your friends can say the same?”
Let’s talk numbers: 27 holes; 7,740 yards long; 7 scenic cliff-side holes dropping 300 feet to the Chavón River below; and breathtaking 360 degrees views. By our calculations, Pete Dye’s masterpiece, Dye Fore golf course, has a winning formula. Characterized by the most stunning views of the Dominican Republic mountains, the Chavón River, the Marina, and Altos de Chavón, this challenging cliff-side course is a delight for players of all levels.
Now some more numbers for you: holes 12 and 15 are two of the greatest and most-challenging par 3s in the world thanks to their length and stunning, cliffside beauty; 5 – the amount of holes on the Lagos course with lakes in play; and 1 – the number of strokes it takes to get started on the round of a lifetime. The signature challenges on Dye Fore golf course are matched by its subtle historic influences, ultimately creating a course that incorporates the past and present Dominican landscape. These defining features make Dye Fore golf course a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
With wide fairways giving way to challenging green complexes highlighted by tricky, undulating putting surfaces, The Links golf course showcases the artistry of Pete Dye’s genius. This shotmaker 18 weaves through our beautiful, verdant resort grounds while offering spectacular vistas of the Caribbean Sea from several holes.
The gracefully hilly layout, with tall Bahia grass framing Dye’s sculpted bunkers, plays from just over 7,000 yards from the back tees to a slope of 126. Ideal for golfers of all abilities, The Links golf course is the perfect companion to nearby Teeth of the Dog and considered one of the most playable courses Dye designed in his heralded career
