Collide Coffee Project
Collide Coffee Project is a social enterprise selling high-quality coffee and using the proceeds to impact underdeveloped communities in the Dominican Republic. We donate 10% of every purchase towards entrepreneurial education, vocational training, and funding for Dominican-led businesses.
Pica
Picadera are small finger foods enjoyed during fellowship or events. PICA is our way of celebrating Dominican food culture and bringing cultures together at the table. This Dominican-led restaurant now serves short-term teams and locals year-round.
The LDC Café
In 2020, we repurposed an empty shipping container to create the LDC Café. The Café employs local leaders to serve food and beverages to staff, coaches, and athletes at the Leadership Development Complex in Santiago.
Agricultural Projects
We also planted a plantain and yucca farm next to the Leadership Development Complex to provide opportunities for agri-business growth in Santiago. We hire local staff to cultivate, harvest, and sell crops to local communities.
