Ministry partnerships empower others to grow. I love seeing a new generation of leaders produced from the mutual transformation of ministry partnerships. Seeds were planted and now we get to see the fruit.

Samira Krauss, GO Administrative Manager -

Meet The Team

Brook Brotzman | Founder and President

Brook  Brotzman is the Founder and President of GO Ministries and has been actively involved in global partnerships since 1982. Spending time on the field, hearing the needs of local leaders, and knowing their passion to share the love of Christ with others is what started the vision of empowering local leaders in partnership to redeem, renew and restore.

Brook resides in Louisville with his wife, Sandra, and daughters Gabrielle and Brianna.

Jeff Rogers | Lead Director Seminary of the Americas

Jeff and his wife, Vicki, first discovered the power of international ministry when God turned their lives upside down on their first mission trip to the Dominican Republic in 2001.  The Rogers lived and served on the field for three years.  In 2005 they moved back to the states and lived missionally for 5 years in the inner-city of Louisville, Kentucky, with their 3 daughters while serving the ministry state-side.  In 2013 the Rogers family moved back to the Dominican Republic where Jeff heads up pastoral care for the GO Staff, leads, develops and teaches in the GO Seminary of the Americas helping equip emerging church leaders for incarnational ministry and missional life as well as providing ongoing training to established pastors and local leaders.

Jerry Woodcox | Chief Operating Officer

In August of 2006, Jerry Woodcox visited Brook Brotzman with GO Ministries and discussed what it takes to grow a 501 (c) 3 organization.  As a successful lawyer and businessman, his advice was welcomed and he was asked to help grow Kingdom Businesses through GO  full-time.  He was hesitant at first acknowledging that ministry was different than business and that GO doesn’t always analyze everything with the bottom line mentality, but with faith.  However, in December of that year, he went on a trip to the Dominican and Haiti and was captured by the people and what GO was doing across the island.

By 2007, Jerry started with GO full-time overseeing all aspects of Kingdom Business growth to give locals business opportunities and to grow the future of the ministry and the daily functions of the stateside international headquarters. Jerry and his wife, Vickie, have two children; Brent and Kristen and a grandson, Matthew.

Tim Krauss | Senior Executive Field Director

Vicki Rogers | Lead Director of GO Medical

Growing up, Vicki Rogers loved people and loved to tell stories.  She pursued that desire through her studies in Journalism at Western Kentucky University.  Following graduation she used those skills and worked in communication, development, marketing and public relations at The National MS Society and later Indiana University Southeast while also being involved in various ministries.  In the Summer of 2001, Vicki and her husband, Jeff, went on their first mission trip to the Dominican Republic. The experience completely transformed their outlook on life and ministry.  As a result, Vicki joined GO full time that same year coordinating all short-term mission trips and communication for the ministry.

Due to medical complications with their twin daughters’ births, the Rogers’ split their time working stateside representing the ministry and helping coordinate teams and partnerships on the island where they helped facilitate teams and served the people of the Dominican and Haiti. In 2013, the Rogers moved back full-time to the field with their girls.  Over the years, Vicki has contributed to the overall organization and vision of GO in a variety of ways.  In the fall of 2017 she was asked to transition from her communication role to leverage her skills and gifts to expand and intensify GO’s efforts to provide better access to healthcare to the poorest of the poor in Jesus’ name.  Now she serves as the Lead Director of GO Medical where she can both tell the stories of the people she serves and also help transform the stories of the poor and marginalized that would otherwise have no access to general healthcare.

Vicki and Jeff have three daughters; Sophia, Raena, and Ella.

He oversees a group of coaches who are anxious to grow in the gospel and disciple the next generation.
